Occupational Therapist

Job Title: Occupational Therapist
General Summary: Develops and implements an appropriate treatment plan for each hospitalized patient. Serves as a resource of information and treatment skill for less knowledgeable staff, provide student supervision as needed. Supervises assigned hospital support staff. Collaborates with intra and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care. Collaborates with patient, family, significant other in treatment and in hospital discharge planning. Provides electronic documentation to the physician regarding the patient initially, at discharge, and at appropriate intervals.
Standard Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required. Master's Degree preferred. Current and Unrestricted State of Michigan Occupational Therapist License. AHA BLS Certification required. NBOCT Current

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
