Job Description:
Experienced Training Supervisor is required having 3
years of analyzing training and training and development experience in a manufacturing or distribution canter environment.
Required Skills:
Experience in providing classroom training.
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Proven ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
4-year degree required.

Knowledge and experience in creating training materials, training and learning techniques, motivating students, and course design skills;
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills;
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.
Responsibility:
Conducting or coordinating ongoing technical training, Lean, soft skills, and personal development classes;
Evaluating, developing and organizing training manuals, educational materials, and outside training vendors,;
Developing procedures, methods, or standards related to training and workforce development;
Developing and implementing enhanced new employee orientation training and safety programs in compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and company regulations;
Developing training evaluation procedures;
Ensuring that training complies with government regulations;
Preparing training budget and monitoring training costs.
Full time Permanent Position for a large US Company.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
