Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of amazing clients & families Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs Supervise & train RBTs
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those planning on sitting for BCBA exam in the next 2 months are also encouraged to apply) Master's Degree or higher Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently; strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued Experience with parent training/consultation Commitment to our values of Clinical Curiosity, Integrity, Parent Partnership, Client-Focus, and Clinical Competency A strong value for ethical and quality services Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)
