The Quality Manager position is for full-time days and wage is based on experience.
Qualifications:

Versed in AS-9100/AS-131000 systems
Preferring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Written and verbal communication with the customers and suppliers
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Full understanding with root cause analysis and problem-solving
Experience in PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC and New Product Launch
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
Team oriented and familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles
A professional person with exceptional communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:

Understand and represent customer requirements and specifications, assuring capable quality systems to achieve product quality and business targets
Drive roadmap actions towards green status in customer scorecards
Lead and coach problem solving and corrective actions and manage customer escalation actions with clearly defined exit criteria and progress reviews
Provide leadership to obtain and maintain certifications
Lead and mentor a staff of professionals, engineers, quality supervisors and inspectors
Direct audits for internal documents for suitability of use and compliance Recommended Skills Advanced Product Quality Planning Auditing Coaching And Mentoring Communication Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
